Plagiarism Policy

IJCSE does not tolerate plagiarism. All submitted manuscripts are screened using similarity-checking software.

Maximum similarity index: 20% (subject to editorial judgment).
Manuscripts exceeding the threshold may be returned for revision or rejected.

Levels of plagiarism and actions:
1. Minor — warning and mandatory rewrite with proper citation
2. Intermediate — rejection; authors may be barred for 1 year
3. Severe — rejection; authors may be barred for a longer period; institutions may be notified if necessary

All listed authors are responsible for the integrity of the submission.
