Open Access Policy

IJCSE (Indonesia Journal for Community Service and Empowerment) provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research and community-service knowledge freely available supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

All articles published in IJCSE are freely available to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts, and may be used for any other lawful purpose, without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author, provided that proper citation of the original publication is given.

IJCSE does not charge readers or institutions for access. Users are not required to register or subscribe to access articles.

IJCSE supports the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI) definition of open access.

Repository Policy
