Author Fees

IJCSE (Indonesia Journal for Community Service and Empowerment) charges the following author fees:

1. Article Submission Fee: IDR 0
Authors are not required to pay a submission fee.

2. Article Publication Fee (APC): IDR 300.000
If a manuscript is accepted for publication, authors will be asked to pay the Article Publication Charge to cover publication costs, including DOI registration, layout/editing, online hosting, and journal management.

Payment instructions will be sent by the editorial office only after acceptance. Payment of the APC does not influence editorial decisions. Acceptance is based solely on manuscript quality and the peer-review process.

Waiver Policy
Authors who are unable to pay the APC may request a partial or full waiver by contacting the editorial office with a brief justification before or upon acceptance. Waiver decisions do not affect editorial review outcomes.
